Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Because each order is custom-made to your specifications,
cancellations, returns, and refunds are normally not possible.
If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to
cancel it. If it has entered production (which often happens
almost immediately), we are not able to makes changes.

Shipping Policy
Products sent via Standard delivery typically ship within 7-14
business days. Express shipments are sent within 7 days of receipt
if ordered before 8 AM EST. We will notify you if a product will take
longer to ship we use either UPS or USPS.
If a customer refuses a shipment for any reason, he/she will be
responsible for the cost of shipment, and pay for it. We cannot send
items from the same order to different locations.
